Drum pumps, as the name suggests, are designed to suit standard types of drums and to easily pump fluids out of drums or barrels. In addition to standard drum pumps, we supply pump solutions for unloading other containers such as Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs), Totes, Eurobins, mixer bowls and even custom tanks.
Drum pumps for non-viscous fluids
A common application is to pump from drums containing thin, low viscosity fluids such as fruit juice, ethanol, food oils etc. and this can be done using our ranges of centrifugal impeller type drum & IBC pumps.
Viscous drum pumps
For thicker, high viscosity fluids and semi-solids stored inside drums or containers, we supply screw type drum pumps for fluids up to 100,000 centiPoise and for thicker fluids up to 1,000,000 centiPoise, we supply twin screw and piston pumps suitable for pumping materials like petroleum jelly, mascara, tomato paste and other non-flowing media.

The PowerPrime solution is a single post pneumatic unit with piston pump on a follower-plate which can pump products up to 150,000 centiPoise – even when pumped cold.
