Eccentric Disc Pumps

ECCENTRIC DISC PUMPS

Wherever hygiene is essential and ideal for CIP / SIP applications

Eccentric disc pumps offer shear-sensitive fluid handling, self-priming, dry running and the highest levels of hygiene – ideal for CIP & SIP.

How do Eccentric Disc Pumps Work?

The pump shaft drives the piston inside the cylinder. The eccentric movement creates two pumping chambers allowing the transfer of the fluid from suction to discharge port. The pump operates without a mechanical seal. The sealing system is made up of a set of ball joints coated by an elastomer sleeve to avoid any retention zones in the pump.

GENTLE

Very low shear rate pumping

SELF-PRIMING

Suction lift and vacuum capabilities

DRY RUN

Pumps can run dry at the start and end of the run without damage

HYGIENIC

Innovative sealing system without mechanical seal and no rentention zones
